To bring you the best mobile experience, we’ve made significant upgrades to the app’s performance, usability, and communication tools. These changes were so extensive that Google and Apple app store policies required us to create a brand-new app instead of updating the existing one. We’ve seen hundreds of other companies having to go through the same process too!
To start enjoying the benefits of the new Huddled app, you’ll need to make a quick switch:
This is a one-time change, and all your login details, profile, chats and connections will remain the same. Updates following this change will be reflected automatically.
The new Huddled app ensures you’ll have the latest and greatest version of the platform moving forward. If you continue to use "Huddled (old)," you will experience slower load times, messaging delays, and other issues. Plus, “Huddled (old)” will no longer be supported or available for download.
The desktop experience at https://web.huddled.net remains unchanged, so there’s nothing you need to do if you primarily access Huddled on your computer.
